Enable Buyback

This workflow calls the official configured Pons factory directly. V1 creation has no internal bonding-curve trading phase; V2 creation supports later internal-curve buys and sells. Creation does not include an initial buy.

How to Use

  1. Choose Pons V1 or V2 and enter the creator wallet private key for local browser signing.
  2. Enter token metadata and select a PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF image no larger than 1 MiB.
  3. Review live factory permission, launch fees, and the available protocol configuration.
  4. For V2, select the pair asset, creator-tax settings, buyback option, and optional snipe-tax exemptions.
  5. Submit the standalone creation transaction and wait for its receipt.
  6. After creation confirms, review the separate 0.000001 ETH CiaoTool service-fee transfer.

FAQ

Does token creation include a bundled initial buy?
No. CiaoTool calls launchToken directly. It does not call launchAndBuy and does not combine creation with any buy transaction.
What is the difference between Pons V1 and V2 here?
V1 is creation-only because it has no internal bonding-curve phase. V2 tokens can later use the separate Pons batch buy and batch sell pages while their internal curve remains open.
How is the token image uploaded?
The browser sends an image of at most 1 MiB to the CiaoTool backend, which validates the file and forwards it to the configured QuickNode IPFS service. The QuickNode key is never exposed to frontend code.
Can every wallet launch a Pons token?
No. The page reads the active factory permission and configuration on-chain. Launch availability is controlled by Pons and can change.
